What combination of your expertise makes you special?

I combine experiences from the private sector and NGOs. I have worked and studied in six different countries. This diversity of contexts has sharpened my cultural sensitivity and given me the ability to build bridges between people, organizations, and cultures.

What are you currently working on and what makes the project exciting?

For me, sustainability is not an isolated project but part of an organization's identity. In my current New Work project, I combine culture and strategy, and we develop strategies that make companies not only adaptable but also future-proof and resilient.

What drives you in your work for sustainable transformation?

I am driven by the conviction that real transformation only succeeds when it is lived from the inside out. For me, sustainability is an ongoing learning and design process. I am committed to meaningful work that brings joy.

What do you value about working in an interdisciplinary team?

Real innovation emerges when different perspectives meet. In interdisciplinary self-organized teams, new approaches emerge through observation, analogies, and lateral thinking. I see such teams like a forest - diverse, adaptable, and in constant exchange.

What opportunity for socially just business do others not yet see?

The greatest overlooked opportunity is that fair business is an innovation driver. When companies create meaning, involve people, and share responsibility, creativity, adaptability, and trust emerge.
