After 33 years as an employee in publishing houses and printing companies, Manfred Ergott started his most important professional adventure in 2024 and has since been working independently as a guide, writer, and designer for committed companies and associations. In a multitude of educational encounters in various networks, he gathered extensive practical knowledge, which he now shares for the development of future-proof business models.

What combination of your expertise makes you special?
I am a convinced encourager with a lot of practical experience. I was able to write my first environmental statements and sustainability reports 15 years ago. Writing inspiring texts and simultaneously developing appealing design go hand in hand for me.
How do you transform complex sustainability topics into concrete solutions?
Every complex topic has an essential core that can be described in a few words. Around this core, I develop the success story that the people involved want to experience.
What drives you in your work for sustainable transformation?
I have enjoyed working for and with people for decades. In doing so, I encourage them in their self-efficacy and support them in using their own abilities again with pleasure.
What do you value about working in an interdisciplinary team?
I love and live cooperation because it has been the guarantee of success for further development for millions of years. The diversity of perspectives produces solutions that one person alone would not see.
Where do you see the greatest levers for systemic change?
If we succeed in creating a positively charged image of the future in ourselves and our fellow human beings, an essential first step has been achieved. If we put the value of people above that of digital solutions again, we will also bring about positive changes for people.
